EyeEm and Photocritic sitting in a tree...
A little bird has just told me that EyeEm has released a tranche of Festival and Awards tickets for $99. So that's a whole day of thinking, talking, looking, and schmoozing with a gaggle of Very Interesting Photographers in New York on 18 September. This year's theme is the future of photography, and if last year's festival is any benchmark, anyone who goes will have an inspiring time.
You can check out the full line-up over on the EyeEm wesbite, but as a taster, photojournalists Ron Haviv and Ed Kashi will be there, as well as Vice's photo editor, Elizabeth Renstrom, Marc Janks from the Huffington Post, and Rebecca Roth from NASA. And maybe you!
The $99 tickets give you access to the conference itself with its panels and discussions, the networking & drinks event, the exhibition opening, and what will doubtless be a rocking after-party. We, however, are fortunate enough to be able to offer ten of our readers those very $99 for just $69. All you need to do is tweet that you love EyeEm and Photocritic and include the hashtag #EyeEmPC.* Easy!
*Sorry, this is the terribly boring bit, but all we're offering is a ticket at a reduced price. You're responsible for everything else. Tickets are issued on a first-tweeted, first-served basis.
