hi Haje, thanks for this great collection... very impressive indeed. One question, do you think the watermarks serve a purpose? It might just be me, but I find with these somewhat ethereal images the watermark really impacts on the image badly. Just a thought. d

Thank you so much for choosing one of my pictures (Highway to heaven). You can´t imagine how happy this makes me, and also a little embarrased to see my picture among those incredible shots of some of the best nature photographs of the world.

Again, thank you so much and congratulations for the web, fantastic!

I enjoyed this post. I would like to share with you an incident involving what is perhaps the most amazing photo I ave ever encountered. A few years ago, I was looking through some snapshots my niece had taken when I came across a photo of a night shot she'd taken of a car. When I asked her about the photo, she replied nonchalantly that it was a photo of her friend's car being struck by lightning. The photo she took with a point and shoot shows the car parked outside the county fair with the Ferris wheel and other carnival rides in the background. Lightning was arcing around the car. As Sarah told it, she and some of her friends had gone to the fair and had just disembarked from the car. Sarah decided to shoot a snapshot of the car with the fair in the background. Just as the shutter opened lightning hit the car. The snapshot she took is certainly one of a kind. Larry Elkins

Oh wow.. I was familiar with the site, and when started to read your post, thought that maybe I'll send a work of mine, but after seeing these 10 best.. I don't have anything even CLOSE to shots like these!

Going to a corner, to learn to take some really impressive shots, as those in the post :)
