I wish I'd known that a few years ago. It's great to know that now. I'm striving to start my own photo/graphic design business and this info is good as gold.

I have a friend who was in a landscaping business with his brother. They decided to seperate the company and Brother A bought out Brother B.

Brother B starts his own company, and uses photos of his work that was done while he was working with Brother A.

Broker A now wants money for use of the photos?

Is there a case here? - Brother B took the photos with his own camera
