It’s Movember!
I don’t usually use Photocritic as a soap-box, and I’m not planning to start, but this one is worth it so I’ll keep this super-short…
* Prostate cancer is the most common male cancer. It’s nasty. I wanted to do something to help fight it
* Movember is a fun fund-raiser in the fight against Prostate cancer: Grow a moustache in the month of November.
* I’m participating in Movember this year. For pictures of me looking a rainbow of wrong, check out this page. You can also see how much I’ve raised so far or make a donation yourself
Thanks for your attention!

Hey Haje,
Great work! I am supporting them too. At the moment my tash looks like I just need a good wash, but am hoping by the end of the month to get something more substantial.
some info from the prostate cancer society:
Men lack awareness about the very real health issues they face. There is an attitude that they have to be tough - “a real man” - and are reluctant to see a doctor about an illness or go for regular medical checks. Every year about 35,000 men in the U.K. are diagnosed with prostate cancer and about 10,000 men die from of the disease. A British man has a 1 in 11 lifetime risk of developing prostate cancer. It is now the most common cancer diagnosed in men in the U.K. with at least one man dying every hour from the disease.
It’s a great cause!! I’m at (http://uk.movember.com/mospace/1620936 - hope to upload some progress shots this weekend!)
