Of all the types of memories people cherish warmest, the birthday parties of young ones come high on the list. But there is so much to think about!

Much of it is rather obvious, but there are a couple of nuggets among the tips. If nothing else, it’s worth taking a quick peek just to see the pictures of the happy kids.
